[NBM] The Lord of Neons-Cyril

The Neons have begun to scatter as they traveled between dimensions and realities. Tribes began to form as the intelligence of these creatures vastly increased. Soon, an organization came to be, where each tribe had a leader, but as the leaders were new to this type of lifestyle, they needed one Neon to look up to. To create all of the rules and laws that would make them the most dominating, yet peaceful species in all of reality-Cyril! 

With Cyril being the only Neon capable of all three means of travel-Air, Land, and Water-he painted the markings on his mask and body to resemble his leadership.

Cyril means 'Lordly' in Greek! This piece was made by the all fantastic Matesprite from Flight Rising! I needed another design from another creative mind so that I can expand the lore of my Neon species as well as their design. Everyone I have picked thus far has blown my mind away with what they can create!
